DELIVERY INFORMATION

Gifts are sent via Royal Mail.  Delivery of post by Royal Mail is usually very reliable.  Please note, Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays, so if you request a Sunday we will aim to ensure it is delivered on the Saturday before.

Delivery Method

UK Standard Delivery £4.50 (FREE for items over £50)

Available to UK mainland postcodes only.

 

UK Standard Delivery will be delivered in 3-5 working days from date of posting.

Your order will be processed and sent to you within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order. Information on any changes to delivery times can be found individual product descriptions (for example personalised items or those which require hallmarking at the London Assay Office). Should there be a significant delay outside of these times, I will email you directly.

 

LOCAL COLLECTION

If you live in the Cambridge area and would like to collect your order, I will do my best to accommodate your request, please get in touch before you place your order via hello@sarahashworthuk.com so I can chat this through with you.

 

LOST PARCELS

​

Delivery of parcels by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately your gift does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 5 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at hello@sarahashworthuk.com with your order number and we will issue a replacement.  This will also enable us to make a claim with the Royal Mail.
